Born the first child of the late Paul and Loretta Ceasar, in Kinder, Louisiana. Pastor Ceasar became involved in the work of the church at a very early age. He was licensed and ordained in 2000 and attended Slidell Bible College, Slidell, LA; McNeese State University, LA: Faith Seminary, Tacoma, WA.

Pastor Ceasar is a leader, a Bible teacher, who serves as senior pastor of Providence Baptist Church with a small congregation of dedicated members. His teaching and preaching have led many to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, while others have had their faith strengthened. He is a man of great humility and tremendous dignity, who believes in preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every creature. He is a very active and dedicated preacher of the gospel. He is like the Apostle Paul in that he is not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Ceasar touches the hearts of many through his unique method of preaching and teaching God’s word. His hobbies are reading and running marathons. He is married to Gean Ceasar, the mother of three children and four grand-children.
